Original Tender Description

The aim of the contract to be concluded is to obtain an independent assessment of the implementation model of adult continuing education (RKT) conducted within the framework of measure 1 of the VÕTI TAT support measure, including resource efficiency, and to assess the relevance and effectiveness of the trainings commissioned through it. The evaluation must provide recommendations for improving the relevance and increasing the effectiveness of RKT trainings and, if necessary, for redesigning the RKT implementation model, including specifying the intervention method, content, scope, and target groups, in order to achieve strategic goals more effectively during the current and the next (2028-2034) EU funding period.
