Kjernen i leveransen er FoUI-veiledning som beskrevet nedenfor. I tillegg ønsker Oslo kommune en opsjon på andre tjenester. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå kontrakt med 4-7 FoUI-veiledere innen utvalgte innsatsområder. FoUI-veiledningen skal styrke forskningsstøttet innovasjon i regionens næringsliv og kommunens egen virksomhet.
