The object of this contract is the Project for the conditioning of access and services to the old 'pletes' (shepherd huts). It is a mountain path with a steep slope, currently impassable for vehicles. The 'masia' (farmhouse) of Les Pletes Velles does not have basic services such as potable water or fiber optic connection, although these services are located near the beginning of this path. This path is currently in very poor condition, making vehicle passage impossible and also presenting a steep slope. For these reasons, paving the path with a concrete layer is proposed to allow passage for all types of vehicles. The 'masia' of Les Pletes Velles does not have any basic services. Given that the municipal water network is located next to the beginning of the path, at the intersection with the Camí de les Camarulles, and the same applies to the fiber optic trunk network, it is proposed to bring these basic services to the 'masia', running underground and parallel to the new concrete pavement.
