De aard van deze opdracht betreft het leveren van integraal projectmanagement en specialistisch advies ten behoeve van nieuwbouwprojecten, vernieuwbouwprojecten en functionele aanpassingen binnen de onderwijsorganisatie ZAAM. Het gaat om een raamovereenkomst met meerdere partijen (drie), waarbinnen nadere opdrachten middels mini-competities worden uitgezet.
