Original Tender Description

The programme requirements include delivery within the next 12 months, requiring two facilitators for 13 Executive members, with consistent facilitators throughout. It should include individual exploratory meetings for perspective, reflection, and personal ambitions. A programme outline is to be provided, with an agenda allowing for exploratory findings and co-creation. Insights Discovery is to be utilized as a team development tool, with face-to-face delivery as a full team. Materials designed and delivered are to be owned by BFL for future use. Clear programme objectives and deliverables are required. The implementation plan spans 6-9 months, involving Assessment and Development, Delivery, and Evaluation phases. BFL will manage practicalities like venues and overnight stays, but provider recommendations are welcome. Providers should offer feedback on delegate engagement and behaviour. Payment phasing to be agreed across the programme delivery. The Evaluation Phase will measure impact and ROI through follow-up assessments and feedback sessions.
