Tender Quality Score

This tender for servicing, maintenance, and replacement of heating and catering equipment is generally well-structured, with clear requirements and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on submission methods, impacting its overall practicality and completeness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to open procedure and provides a CPV code. Deadlines are present, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the scope. No disputes are reported. The absence of a reveal date is a minor procedural oversight.

Missing reveal date
Clarity80/100

The description of services required is clear and detailed, outlining specific deliverables. The division into lots is also clearly explained. However, the lack of specified evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity on how bids will be assessed.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including estimated value, contract duration, and start date. However, crucial details such as financial requirements and specific submission requirements beyond the lot limitation are missing. The absence of accessible document content is a significant gap.

No document content available
Financial requirements not specified
Fairness85/100

The tender is open to all qualified contractors. The division into lots allows for focused bidding. The restriction to bid for a maximum of one lot is a common practice to ensure focus and prevent over-extension of resources. The value is disclosed, and criteria are generally objective, though specific evaluation criteria are missing.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract duration and start date. However, it lacks information on financing and does not explicitly mention e-submission, which is a common and expected method for modern procurement. The absence of document URLs further hinders accessibility.

No e-submission specified
Document URLs not provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, indicating a stable and consistent dataset.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. It is not indicated as EU funded, which often implies adherence to certain sustainability standards.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
