SA Eesti Teadusagentuur (procuring entity or ETAG) is seeking a partner to conduct the Estonian Science Barometer 2026 survey, perform analysis, and prepare a report. Tasks of the winning tenderer: 1) Agree on the final version of the questionnaire with the client, including submitting and agreeing on proposals for additional questions or changes to existing questions; 2) Conduct the survey, using subcontracting if necessary; 3) Quantitative analysis and synthesis of survey results with previous (2020 and 2023) results; 4) Interpretation of results, comparison with science barometers of other countries and/or Eurobarometer results, and with the broader global context (coronacrisis, political situation, rise of AI, etc.); 5) Submit the report and datasets with conclusions and recommendations; 6) Publicly present the report's findings in agreement with the client. The final deadline for handing over the research results is six months from the conclusion of the contract.
