However, it lacks explicit sustainability criteria and relies heavily on external documents for detailed conditions.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement regulations. The CPV code is appropriate, and the procedure is clearly defined. Deadlines are reasonable, and there is no indication of disputes. The reliance on external documents for financing and contract terms is standard but could be improved by including key details directly.

Clarity80/100

The description of the works is clear, and the requirements are documented in various attached files. The evaluation criteria are specified, with a clear emphasis on the lowest price. Conditions are generally clear, though some specific details are deferred to linked documents.

Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including estimated value, duration, and contract start date. However, the financing conditions and detailed performance conditions are only referenced in external documents, which slightly reduces completeness. The number of attached documents is substantial.

Fairness85/100

However, the financing conditions are only detailed in an external document, and the duration is given in days, requiring calculation from the start date. The URL for the opening place is provided.

Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and deadlines are populated. There are no indications of suspension or disputes. The dates provided are logical and consistent.
