Original Tender Description

The subject of the public procurement is white copy paper A3, A4, and A5 (hereinafter referred to as paper). The paper must be well-suited for use in modern office equipment (copiers, inkjet and laser printers, and fax machines) and must ensure trouble-free operation of the equipment dependent on the paper. The procurement also includes the delivery of paper throughout Estonia based on orders placed by the buyers to the buyers' place of business. The delivery service fee must be included in the price of the paper, and the seller is not entitled to claim reimbursement of costs related to the provision of the service from the buyers. The seller must ensure the transport of the paper to the buyer (to the indicated location in the office premises) within five working days at the latest from the receipt of the order.
