The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with one successful tenderer who will carry out development works for the Digital State Academy (hereinafter DA) information system (including consultations) based on the hourly rate fixed in the offer. The goal of the Digital State Academy development works is the continuous development, improvement, and enhancement of the Digital State Academy learning platform to ensure stable, reliable, and secure platform operation; to serve the growing user base and volume of learning materials; to ensure a good user experience for learners, content creators, and administrators; interoperability with national and external information systems; compliance with current architectural, security, and development requirements.
