Original Tender Description

The purpose of the procurement is to conduct a study that maps and compares the methodologies, interventions, and programs used in 24-hour child care services in Estonia, and analyzes internationally evidence-based methodologies for 24-hour child care services, in order to assess their applicability in the Estonian cultural and social context. As a result of the study, applicable proposals will be prepared for the client regarding which methodologies are advisable to adapt and implement in Estonia for 24-hour child care services, and what kind of implementation support (e.g., training, licenses, guidance, quality monitoring) is needed for systematic implementation.
