Original Tender Description

The Education Department of the Pärnu City Government is organizing a joint procurement procedure for the catering service for Pärnu schools. The object of the procurement is to ensure the proper catering of students and staff of Pärnu Tammsaare School, Pärnu Kuninga Tänava Primary School, Pärnu Ühisgümnaasium, Pärnu Raeküla School, Pärnu Rääma Primary School, and Paikuse School by providing students with wholesome, balanced, diverse, tasty, age-appropriate, and, if necessary, special needs (allergies) considering food at a reasonable price. The tenderer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the place of performance of the procurement contract, and the tenderer's representative is obliged to sign the relevant act on site (RHS § 111 para. 6 point 1). To register familiarization with the place of performance of the procurement contract, the tenderer shall send a free-form expression of interest with contact details (name, email address, phone number) to the e-mail of the person responsible for the public procurement.
