The subject of the procurement contract is the design and construction of a care home on the property at Kastolatsi tee 25 in the city of Otepää. The scope of works includes the design and construction of a single-story care home building for 30 clients with the necessary service and auxiliary rooms. The scope of works includes the construction of electricity supply, strong and weak current systems, a solar power plant, heating and ventilation, water supply and sewage, installation of kitchen furniture, and landscaping of the territory.
