Original Tender Description

This procurement aims to implement the activities of the project "Modernization of Soonurme Community House". The project has received support from the Just Transition Fund in Ida-Virumaa. MTÜ Soonurme Külaselts wishes to conclude a procurement contract for the modernization of the Soonurme Community House. The beneficiary has (see supporting documents): 1) a construction project at the preliminary design stage; 2) a bill of quantities, which serves as the basis for preparing the price offer. 3) a building permit. The tenderer must familiarize themselves with the subject of the procurement in advance - the dates when this is possible are as follows: March 26, 13:00-15:00 March 27, 9:00-11:00 Contact person from the contracting authority - Anu Horn, tel: 5302 6061, e-mail: anu.horn@viko.ee. The interested party must definitely inform about their visit in advance to the e-mail: soonurmekulaselts@gmail.com Familiarization with the site is a prerequisite for submitting a tender, i.e., if the interested party has not visited the site in person and this has not been recorded by the contracting authority on the signature sheet, then the submitted tender will not be reviewed by the contracting authority.
