Original Tender Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase of Rail Baltica regional passenger rolling stock with associated services, as well as options for rolling stock units. The technical specification is attached (Annex 1). Each contracting authority (Elron, LTG, Vivi) will conclude a separate contract with the successful bidder. LTG and Vivi are not obliged to purchase rolling stock by concluding the contract, but they guarantee the option for rolling stock under the same technical specification and the same general terms and conditions (Annex 2) as Elron, except for the specific main conditions of the respective contracting authority (Annexes 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3).
