--The bidder must be able to provide Senior Business Analysts (Gartner level 3) capable of leading BA activities across multiple projects or programmes (including strategic analysis), covering multiple business domains, dealing with high ambiguity and complex business situations, setting BA approach, advising others, facilitating decision-making at senior stakeholder level, and coaching/mentoring other BAs.
