Original Tender Description

This service is currently managed by two contractors throughout the Tameside region. It is our intention to outsource the whole of the Roof & Roofline to one contractor, depending on the tenders received and most beneficial the JHG. The initial contract is for two years, extended by two one-year extensions based on performance for a total of 4 years. JHG intends to enter a set of Terms & Conditions (Contract) and upon success. The number of roof & roofline replacements during the whole life of the contract is as follows but not guaranteed, these numbers could go up or down depending on demand. Tameside Year 1 - (2026-2027) 240 Year 2 – (2027-2028) 300 Year 3 – (2028-2029) 300 Year 4 – (2029-2030) 300 Total 1,140 Tender assessment (50% Price, 40% Quality, 10% Interview)
