Original Tender Description

To fulfil its obligations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 in regard to the provision and maintenance of appropriate fire safety equipment, Wandle Housing Association (WHA) is seeking bids to put in place a contract for reactive and planned preventative maintenance for all fire systems at WHA residential premises that are owned, managed and/or maintained by WHA in accordance with the relevant British and industry standards. The contract will also include the replacement and installation of appropriate fire equipment when identified. The Contracting Authority proposes to enter one contract for a period of 48 months with the preferred Supplier.
