Original Tender Description

Käesoleva hankemenetluse eesmärk on sõlmida hankeleping reklaamiagentuuriga, kes viib edukalt läbi turunduskampaania kala ja kalatoodete tarbimise edendamiseks Eestis (ideelahenduste teostamine ning kõikide vajalike allhangete organiseerimine ja kampaania läbiviimine). Teenuse kirjeldus on toodud hankedokumentide lisas 1. Hankelepingut rahastatakse Euroopa Merendus-, Kalandus- ja Vesiviljelusfondi vahenditest. Hankelepingu maksumus on 1 300 000 eurot (koos käibemaksuga). Vastavalt RHS § 85 lõikele 7 on hankelepingu maksumus fikseeritud ja pakkumusi hinnatakse üksnes kvalitatiivsete kriteeriumide alusel. Pakkumuste hindamismetoodika on kirjeldatud hankedokumendi "Pakkumuse esitamise ettepanek" punktis 8 ja lisas 1. Hanketeatele märgitud hankelepingu sõlmimise aeg on eelduslik ja pole siduv. Hankeleping jõustub allkirjatamisel ja kehtib 18 kuud.

--Accept payment schedule: 30 % after approval of all campaign materials, 70 % after final report and deliverables accepted
