Original Tender Description

The contracting authority is establishing a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as DIS) for the supply of fiber technical work. The purpose of establishing the DIS is to allow applicants to be pre-qualified and thus have the opportunity to submit tenders when the contracting authority needs fiber technical work to be carried out.
