Tender Quality Score

This tender for stage infrastructure preliminary market engagement is generally well-structured, with a clear description of requirements and a disclosed estimated value. However, it lacks explicit evaluation criteria and details on the submission process, impacting overall transparency and practicality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender has a clear CPV code and organization details. The status 'planning' suggests it's in an early stage. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered short given the scope. No disputes are noted. The procedure type is not specified, which is a minor omission.

Procedure type not specified
Clarity80/100

The description of the required stage technical infrastructure is detailed and comprehensive, outlining specific components and functionalities. The requirements are documented within the description. However, explicit evaluation criteria are missing, which could lead to ambiguity for bidders.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration/start date. However, the lack of available document content and the absence of specified evaluation criteria reduce the completeness of the information provided to potential bidders.

No document content available
Missing evaluation criteria
Fairness85/100

The tender discloses the estimated value and provides a clear description of the scope, promoting transparency. The requirements are objective and technical in nature, not appearing tailored to specific companies. The use of e-procurement is implied but not explicitly stated as mandatory for submission.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, it lacks information regarding financing and the method of e-submission, which are crucial for practical engagement. The submission deadline of April 7th, 2026, for a project of this scope, starting June 7th, 2026, might be considered tight.

No e-submission specified
Financing information missing
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and dates are populated. There are no reported disputes or suspensions. The dates provided are logical in sequence.

Sustainability50/100
