Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with basic legal requirements, including a specified CPV code and an open competition procedure for a below-threshold contract. Deadlines are present, though the submission deadline could be tighter given the contract start date. No disputes are noted.

Clarity80/100

The description of the JNCC's role, the project background, and the detailed objectives and tasks are comprehensive and clearly articulated. Technical requirements are well-defined. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria is a notable omission.

Missing evaluation criteria specified

Most essential information is present, including title, reference, organization, description, estimated value, and contract duration/start. However, the tender documents themselves are not accessible for review, limiting the completeness assessment.

No document content available for review
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open competition, offering broad access to potential bidders. The estimated value is disclosed, and criteria are generally objective and technically focused. There are no obvious indicators of tailoring requirements to specific companies.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a submission deadline, but the lack of information regarding e-submission, the absence of document URLs, and the unavailability of tender documents hinder practical assessment. The contract start date and duration are clear.

No e-submission specified
No document URL provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated and appear logically consistent. The contract start date is shortly after the submission deadline, which is acceptable. No issues with suspension or disputes are noted.
