Tender Quality Score

This tender for pharmaceutical services is generally well-structured with a clear description and substantial estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on submission requirements, impacting its overall completeness and practicality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to open procedure and provides a clear CPV code. Deadlines are present, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the value and scope. No disputes are noted. Regulatory compliance is assumed given the NHS context.

Clarity80/100

The description of services and lots is clear, outlining the objectives and types of pharmaceutical services required. The AI-extracted requirements provide a good overview of expected capabilities. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity on how bids will be assessed.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Key information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, contract duration, and CPV code are present. The description is detailed. However, the lack of specific submission requirements and the absence of content in the tender documents reduce its completeness.

No document content available
No specific submission requirements are detailed
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, allowing broad participation. The estimated value is disclosed, and the process is described as e-procurement. The criteria for eligible contracting authorities are mentioned as being set out in the notice, which is generally fair. No specific company tailoring is apparent.

Practicality65/100

The tender is marked as e-procurement, which is positive. However, the 'Issues' section flags 'No e-submission', which is contradictory and needs clarification. The contract start date is implied (June 2026) but not explicitly stated as a fixed date. Financing information is not detailed.

No e-submission (flagged in issues, contradicts e-procurement characteristic)
Financing info not detailed
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields like title, reference, organization, value, and duration are populated. The CPV code is present. There are no noted suspensions or disputes. Dates are logical, with a submission deadline well before the implied contract start.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, or innovation. It is also not indicated as EU funded. This suggests a lack of focus on these important sustainability dimensions.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
