Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements by providing a reference number, organization details, CPV code, and a disclosed estimated value. The procedure is identified as 'Below threshold - open competition', which is appropriate for the value. However, the absence of a reveal date for documents and the lack of specified evaluation criteria could pose minor legal compliance issues regarding transparency and procedural fairness.
