Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements for an open competition below the threshold. The CPV code is appropriate, and there are no immediate indications of disputes. Deadlines appear reasonable for the scope, though the submission deadline is relatively short. The procedure is clearly defined as a single-stage open procedure.

Clarity80/100

The description of the project is clear, outlining the scope of works and the intended use of the community hub. Requirements for technical capability are detailed, though the absence of explicit evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity on how bids will be assessed.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration.
