Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements with a clear CPV code and an open competition procedure. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the scope. No disputes or suspensions are noted. The procedure is below threshold, implying simplified regulations.

Clarity80/100

The description of the vegetation survey is detailed and specific, outlining the tasks, plot size, and deliverables. Technical requirements are clearly extracted. However, the absence of explicit evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity on how bids will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. The description is comprehensive. However, the lack of accessible tender documents with content and the absence of specified submission forms reduce completeness.

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the lack of an e-submission mechanism and the absence of explicit financing information or document URLs for submission reduce practicality for bidders.

No e-submission
No document URL for submission
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and deadlines are populated. Dates are logical, and there are no noted disputes or suspensions. The contract start date is shortly after the submission deadline, which is feasible.
