Tender Quality Score

This tender is generally well-structured with clear requirements and a defined scope, but lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on sustainability aspects.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender follows an open procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023, which is a positive indicator of legal compliance. The CPV code is appropriate for the services described. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria is a notable omission that could impact the fairness and transparency of the process.

Missing evaluation criteria
Clarity80/100

The description of services is detailed, listing specific types of electrical and fire safety maintenance required. The scope of work and the geographical context are clearly outlined. The requirements for directly employed staff and subcontractor approval are also clearly stated.

Completeness70/100

Most essential information is present, including estimated value, contract duration, and start date. However, the tender documents themselves are not accessible with content summaries, and the 'Additional Info' section largely repeats the 'Description', suggesting a potential lack of thoroughness in document preparation.

No document content available
Repetitive information in description
Fairness85/100

The open procedure and clear disclosure of estimated value contribute to fairness. The requirement for accredited BAFE engineers and the detailed list of services are objective criteria. The use of an e-procurement portal is also a positive aspect. There are no immediately apparent requirements tailored to specific companies.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies an e-submission portal, which is practical. The contract start date and duration are provided. However, the financing information is only implicitly linked to the estimated budget, and the lack of accessible tender documentation hinders practical assessment of the full scope.

Limited financing details
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and dates are populated. There are no indications of suspension or disputes. The dates provided are logical and consistent.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation requirements. It is also not indicated as EU funded, which limits the assessment of sustainability integration.

No explicit green procurement criteria
No explicit social criteria
