This tender for safe accommodation and support services is generally well-structured, with clear objectives and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific details on evaluation criteria and technical capabilities, and the submission process is not fully defined.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to general legal compliance by specifying a clear procedure (open procedure) and providing a proper CPV code. Deadlines appear reasonable given the scope. No disputes are indicated. The reference to statutory responsibilities under the Domestic Abuse Act suggests regulatory compliance.

Clarity80/100

The description of the service requirement is clear, outlining the need for safe accommodation and support for domestic abuse victims across two councils. The target beneficiaries and the nature of the support (psychologically and trauma-informed) are well-defined. However, specific evaluation criteria are missing, which impacts clarity.

Missing evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration are present. The description is detailed. However, crucial documents with content are not available, and specific submission requirements are not detailed, leaving gaps in completeness.

Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, allowing broad access. The estimated value is disclosed, and the criteria for service provision are objective (supporting victims of domestic abuse). The lack of specific tailored requirements for particular companies enhances fairness. However, the absence of detailed evaluation criteria could be a concern.

The contract start date and duration are specified. The estimated value is provided. However, the tender does not explicitly mention e-submission, and the URL for documents is not provided, which could hinder practical access and submission. Financing information is not detailed.

Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and dates are populated. The tender status is active, and there are no reported disputes or suspensions. The dates provided are logical within the context of a tender process.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. It is not indicated as EU funded. This suggests a lack of emphasis on sustainability criteria.
