Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to standard open procedure requirements. CPV code is appropriate, and no disputes are indicated. The deadline, while active, is noted as potentially short relative to the contract start. The lack of explicit detail on regulatory compliance beyond 'statutory and regulatory requirements' could be improved.

Potential short submission deadline relative to contract start date.
Clarity70/100

The core service description is generally clear, outlining the need for high cleanliness standards and the importance of operational processes. However, the absence of specific evaluation criteria for tenderers makes it difficult for bidders to fully understand how their submissions will be assessed beyond the stated qualitative factors. The anticipated volumes are mentioned but with no guarantees.

No specific evaluation criteria are provided.
Anticipated volumes are stated but with no guarantees, leading to some ambiguity.
Completeness75/100

Key information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, duration, and contract start date are present. However, the tender documents themselves are not available, which is a significant gap in completeness. The financial value is stated in both EUR and GBP, which needs clarification for consistency.

Fairness85/100

The tender uses an open procedure, suggesting broad accessibility. Requirements are described qualitatively, which allows for a range of providers to apply. There are no immediately apparent requirements tailored to specific companies. The value is disclosed. The main concern is the lack of disclosed evaluation criteria, which could indirectly affect fairness if not clearly articulated elsewhere.

Lack of explicitly defined evaluation criteria could impact perceived fairness.
Practicality60/100

The tender is active and has a stated submission deadline and contract start date. However, there is no explicit mention of e-submission, nor is a document URL provided for accessing tender documents. Financing information is not detailed beyond the estimated value. The duration is clearly stated.

Data Consistency95/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated. The tender status is 'active', and there are no reported disputes or suspensions. The contract duration and start dates appear logically aligned. The primary inconsistency is the dual currency for the estimated value.

Estimated value stated in both EUR and GBP.
Sustainability30/100

There is no explicit mention of green procurement, social aspects, or innovation within the tender description or AI-extracted requirements. The tender is not indicated as EU funded. This lack of focus on sustainability aspects significantly lowers its score in this category.
