This tender for Childcare Training is generally well-structured with clear objectives. However, it lacks detailed evaluation criteria and explicit sustainability considerations, impacting its overall quality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to general procurement principles, indicating compliance with the open competition procedure. The CPV code is appropriate. No disputes are reported, and the estimated value is within reasonable bounds for the service. The submission deadline, while short, is typical for below-threshold procurements. The 'missing reveal date' is a minor issue that can be resolved by the contracting authority.

Missing reveal date
Clarity80/100

The description of the required training (Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid) is clear and specific, referencing national standards. The AI-extracted requirements list essential categories, indicating a structured approach. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria prevents bidders from fully understanding how their submissions will be assessed.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Key information such as the title, reference, organization, estimated value, contract duration, and start date are present. The description is adequate. However, the crucial 'Tender Documents' section indicates 0 documents with content, which is a significant deficiency, preventing potential bidders from accessing essential documentation.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open competition, suggesting a fair opportunity for all eligible providers. The estimated value is disclosed, and the procedure is standard for below-threshold procurements. The lack of specific requirements tailored to particular companies is a positive aspect. The primary concern is the lack of accessible tender documents, which hinders fair competition.

Practicality65/100

The contract start date and duration are clearly defined. However, the tender does not explicitly mention e-submission, and no URL for documents is provided, indicating potential reliance on older submission methods. Financing information is also not detailed, which could be a drawback for some bidders.

No e-submission
No document URL
Data Consistency90/100

All key fields like title, reference, organization, dates, and value are populated consistently. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, and the dates provided (submission deadline and contract start) are logically sequenced.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any requirements related to green procurement, social aspects, or innovation. It also does not indicate if it is EU funded. This suggests a missed opportunity to promote sustainable practices within the procurement process.
