Tender Quality Score

This tender for the design and fit-out of a community hub is generally well-structured, with a clear scope of services and financial information. However, it lacks explicit evaluation criteria and details on the submission process, impacting overall practicality and legal compliance.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements by providing a reference number, organization, and CPV code. However, the absence of explicit evaluation criteria and the potential for a short submission deadline (though not flagged as a rule violation here) slightly detract from full legal compliance. The procedure is stated as 'Open procedure', which is standard.

Missing evaluation criteria
Clarity80/100

The description of services is comprehensive, detailing both design and fit-out requirements with specific elements. The objectives for inclusivity, accessibility, and community use are clearly articulated. However, the lack of explicit evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity on how proposals will be judged.

Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. The scope of services is detailed. However, the crucial tender documents are not available or summarized, and the absence of evaluation criteria means a key component for bidders is missing.

No document content available
Missing evaluation criteria
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, suggesting fairness. The estimated value is disclosed, and the requirements are generally objective, focusing on technical capabilities and project delivery. There are no immediately apparent requirements tailored to specific companies. The lack of e-submission is a minor drawback.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration, which is helpful. However, the lack of information regarding e-submission and the absence of available tender documents significantly hinder practicality for potential bidders. Financing information is not explicitly detailed.

No e-submission
No document content available
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated logically. There are no indications of suspension or disputes. The contract start date and submission deadline are clearly defined.

Sustainability50/100

While the description mentions 'good environmental practice' and 'energy-efficient solutions', there are no explicit requirements for green procurement, social aspects, or innovation. The tender is not indicated as EU funded.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
