Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement regulations for below-threshold open competitions. The CPV code is appropriate, and there are no immediate indications of disputes or regulatory non-compliance. Deadlines are provided, though their reasonableness is debatable given the scope.

Clarity80/100

The description of the works is detailed and specific, outlining the required improvements to the football pitches and associated infrastructure. Technical requirements are clearly articulated, referencing the FA Performance Quality Standard. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria introduces ambiguity.

There are no apparent tailored requirements favouring specific companies. The use of e-procurement is implied but not explicitly stated as mandatory.

Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and deadlines are populated. The dates provided (submission deadline, contract start) are logical and do not indicate any immediate inconsistencies. No disputes or suspensions are reported.
