Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with basic legal requirements, including a clear CPV code and a defined procedure. Deadlines are provided, though their reasonableness is not explicitly assessed here. No disputes are reported. The procedure is 'Below threshold - open competition', which suggests adherence to relevant regulations for this procurement size.

Clarity80/100

The description of the required services is clear and detailed, outlining the specific technical capabilities and test parameters needed. The AI-extracted requirements further break down the technical needs effectively. The link to the eSourcing portal provides additional information.

Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. However, the 'Tender Documents' section indicates zero documents with content/summaries, which is a significant omission. No evaluation criteria specified
Practicality65/100

The tender specifies an e-submission portal and provides a direct link for response. The contract start date and duration are clear. However, the 'Checks' section notes 'No e-submission', which contradicts the provided links and AI-extracted requirements. Financing information is not explicitly detailed.
