Tender Quality Score

This tender for the Ronkswood Community Centre Play Area is generally well-structured, with clear objectives and a defined scope. However, it lacks explicit evaluation criteria and details on document content, impacting completeness and clarity.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement principles for below-threshold open competitions. Deadlines are provided, and the CPV code is appropriate. No disputes are noted. The procedure is an open competition, which is standard. The mandatory site visit requirement, while strict, is a common practice for such projects to ensure bidders understand the scope.

Clarity80/100

The description of the required outcomes is clear, outlining the need for repair, refurbishment, and enhancement of the play facility to create an inclusive space and meet community needs. The mandatory site visit is explicitly stated. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity regarding how bids will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration are present. However, the crucial 'Procurement Documents' are not detailed, and their content is not summarized, leaving potential bidders with incomplete information. Fairness85/100

The tender is an open competition, promoting broad participation. The estimated value is disclosed, and the procedure is clear. The mandatory site visit, while a requirement, is scheduled over several dates, offering some flexibility. There are no apparent requirements tailored to specific companies, suggesting a fair process.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a submission deadline and contract start date. However, it does not explicitly mention e-submission, which is a common and practical method for modern procurement. The availability of document URLs is not confirmed, and financing information is not detailed.
