Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender follows an open procedure and specifies a CPV code. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the complexity implied by the PSQ document. No disputes are reported. Regulatory compliance is assumed but not explicitly detailed.

Clarity80/100

The description provides a good overview of the school's operational context, including site specifics, pupil flow, and service expectations. However, crucial details regarding evaluation criteria and specific PSQ requirements are deferred to external documents, impacting overall clarity.

Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration are present. The submission deadline and contract start date are also specified.
