Tender Quality Score

This tender for a vegetation survey is generally well-structured with clear requirements and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks explicit evaluation criteria and details on submission procedures, impacting its overall completeness and practicality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements by specifying a CPV code, organization, and status. The procedure is identified as 'Below threshold - open competition', suggesting compliance with relevant procurement thresholds. However, the absence of a 'reveal date' is a minor procedural oversight. Deadlines appear reasonable given the scope and value.

Missing reveal date
Clarity80/100

The description of the vegetation survey is detailed and specific, outlining the tasks involved, the number of plots, and the required deliverables (Excel template, summary report, soil samples). The AI-extracted requirements further clarify the expected capabilities of bidders.

Completeness70/100

Most essential information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, contract duration, and start date. However, the lack of explicit evaluation criteria and detailed submission requirements means that bidders may need to make assumptions, reducing completeness.

No evaluation criteria specified
No specific submission requirements detailed
Fairness85/100

The tender is open competition and the estimated value is disclosed, promoting fairness. The requirements are specific to the service needed and do not appear to be tailored to a particular company. The use of a standard CPV code also contributes to fairness.

Practicality65/100

While the contract start and duration are clear, the lack of information regarding e-submission and the URL for tender documents (only stating 'Documents available' without content) hinders practicality. The financing information is implicitly covered by the estimated value.

No e-submission specified
No document content available
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, and the timeline appears consistent with the contract duration.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation requirements. It is also not indicated as EU funded, suggesting a lack of focus on these sustainability dimensions.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
