Tender Quality Score

This tender for temporary exhibition graphics is generally well-structured, with clear objectives and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks detailed evaluation criteria and specific sustainability considerations.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with basic legal requirements for an open competition below the threshold. The CPV code is appropriate. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the installation dates. No disputes are reported.

Clarity80/100

The description of the required services (printing and installation of graphics for a temporary exhibition) is clear. The exhibition scope and installation window are specified. However, the absence of explicit evaluation criteria hinders full clarity on how bids will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. The description is detailed enough to understand the scope. However, the lack of accessible document content limits the completeness of the information provided to potential bidders.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open competition, promoting fairness. The estimated value is disclosed, and the requirements for an 'experienced graphics contractor' are general rather than company-specific. The lack of detailed evaluation criteria could be a minor concern, but the overall approach seems fair.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the absence of information regarding e-submission and the URL for tender documents reduces practicality for potential bidders. The financing information is not explicitly detailed.

No e-submission specified
Document URL not provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and deadlines are populated. The dates provided are logical, with the contract start date following the submission deadline. No suspensions or disputes are noted.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. It is also not indicated as EU funded, which limits the sustainability score.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
