Original Tender Description

CBS buildings at Solbjerg Plads have had leaky facades and roofs since their construction around the year 2000. Water ingress from facades and roofs has been registered in parts of buildings A, B and C to the south, as well as buildings D and F. Currently, no water ingress is registered elsewhere in the buildings. The Technological Institute has, in the years 2022 – 24, carried out physical inspections and analyses of roofs and facades in various locations in the buildings and found construction defects that can be dated
