Tender Quality Score

This tender for playground improvements is generally well-structured, with clear objectives and mandatory site visits. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on sustainability, and document access is limited.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements with a clear CPV code and procedure type. Deadlines for site visits are provided, but the submission deadline's adequacy relative to the site visit dates (only 27 days between the last site visit date and submission deadline) could be a point of concern, though it falls within a reasonable range for below-threshold procurements. No disputes are noted. The absence of an 'intended reveal date' is a minor omission.

Clarity80/100

The description of required outcomes is clear and articulates the vision for the play space, including inclusivity and community needs. The mandatory site visit requirement is explicitly stated with consequences for non-compliance. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria leaves a significant gap in understanding how bids will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Essential information such as title, organization, estimated value, contract duration, and start date are present. The CPV code and NUTS code are provided. However, critical information is missing, particularly regarding the content of the procurement documents and the evaluation criteria. The fact that 'Documents with content/summaries: 0' is a significant drawback.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is open competition and the estimated value is disclosed, promoting transparency. The mandatory site visit requirement, while clearly communicated, might pose a logistical challenge for distant bidders but is applied equally. The requirements for experience, skills, and competencies are broad, not tailored to specific companies. The main concern is the lack of specified evaluation criteria, which could lead to subjective assessments.

Practicality65/100

The contract duration of 2 months is specified. However, the lack of information regarding e-submission, a direct URL for documents, and financing details limits the practicality for potential bidders. The document access issue is a major hurdle.

No e-submission
No document URL provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated. The contract start date is logically after the submission deadline. No suspensions or disputes are reported, indicating consistency in the tender's status and lifecycle.

Sustainability50/100

There is no explicit mention of green procurement, social aspects, or innovation within the tender description or AI-extracted requirements. The focus is purely on the functional and aesthetic improvement of the play area. The lack of any sustainability considerations results in a low score in this category.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
