Tender Quality Score

This tender presents a well-defined project for the Horizon Community Centre Play Area with clear objectives and mandatory site visits. However, it lacks specified evaluation criteria and details on document content, impacting completeness and fairness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with basic legal requirements by having a clear CPV code and being an open competition. The deadlines are provided, although the submission deadline might be considered tight given the mandatory site visits. There are no apparent disputes or suspensions mentioned.

Clarity80/100

The description of the project's objectives and outcomes is clear, detailing the need for design and implementation of play area improvements, focusing on inclusivity and community needs. However, the absence of explicit evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity regarding how bids will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, organization, value, duration, and deadlines. However, the lack of accessible content for the tender documents and the absence of specific financial requirements or detailed eligibility criteria limit the completeness of the information provided.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open competition, and the estimated value is disclosed. The mandatory site visit requirement, while ensuring site understanding, could be challenging for companies not located nearby or with limited resources for travel. The absence of specified evaluation criteria is a significant concern for fairness.

Missing evaluation criteria
Mandatory site visits may pose a challenge for remote bidders
Practicality65/100

The contract start date and duration are specified. However, the lack of information regarding e-submission, document URLs, and financing details hinders practicality for potential bidders. The mandatory site visit adds a layer of logistical complexity.

No e-submission specified
Missing document URLs
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated consistently. There are no reported disputes or suspensions. The timeline, including the contract start date relative to the submission deadline, appears logical.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation requirements, nor is it indicated as EU funded. This suggests a lack of focus on these important aspects within the current tender documentation.

Not green procurement
No social criteria

Strengths

Clear project objectives and outcomes
Specified CPV code and NUTS code
Active status with clear deadlines

Concerns
