Tender Quality Score

This tender for trickling filters is generally well-structured with clear technical requirements and financial information. However, it lacks explicit evaluation criteria and details on sustainability, impacting its overall quality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to standard procurement procedures with a clear CPV code and a negotiated procedure. Deadlines appear reasonable given the scope. The absence of explicit mention of disputes or regulatory compliance issues is positive. The primary concern is the lack of specified evaluation criteria, which is a key component of legal compliance in tender processes.

Missing evaluation criteria
Clarity80/100

The description of the requirement is detailed, outlining two distinct lots with specific deliverables and equipment. The use of Atamis for further documentation is noted. However, the lack of readily available document content and the absence of explicit evaluation criteria slightly reduce overall clarity.

No document content available
Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. The breakdown into lots with approximate values is helpful. The main deficiency is the lack of accessible detailed tender documents, which are crucial for bidders to fully understand the requirements.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is divided into lots, allowing for broader participation. The estimated value is disclosed, and the procedure is a negotiated one with prior competition, suggesting an attempt at fairness. The use of e-procurement is a positive aspect. No specific requirements appear tailored to a single company, indicating good fairness.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies e-procurement and provides a URL for accessing documents via Atamis. The contract start date is not explicitly stated, and financing information is absent. While the duration is clear, the reliance on internal documents within Atamis without direct access to their content can be a practical hurdle.

No e-submission (implied, as Atamis is mentioned for documents)
Contract start date not specified
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and deadlines are populated. The contract duration and extension options are logically presented. There are no indications of suspension or disputes. The dates provided are consistent.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. It is also not indicated as EU funded. This lack of emphasis on sustainability aspects limits its score in this category.

Not green procurement
No social criteria

Strengths
