Tender Quality Score

This tender for Autism Support Services is generally well-structured with clear objectives and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific details on evaluation criteria and submission requirements, impacting its completeness and practicality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to general legal compliance by having a clear procedure (open procedure), a relevant CPV code, and no apparent disputes. Deadlines appear reasonable within the context of an open procedure, though the submission deadline is relatively short. The absence of a reveal date is a minor oversight.

Missing reveal date
Clarity80/100

The description of the service is clear and well-articulated, outlining the target group, objectives, and core outcome areas. The AI-extracted technical requirements are directly derived from the description, making them understandable. However, the lack of specified evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity on how proposals will be assessed.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration/start date. However, the absence of specific financial requirements and detailed submission requirements, along with the lack of content in attached documents, reduces its completeness.

No document content available
No specific financial requirements listed
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, which generally promotes fairness. The estimated value is disclosed, and the criteria, while not explicitly detailed for evaluation, are described in terms of desired outcomes. There is no indication of requirements tailored to specific companies, suggesting a good level of fairness.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the lack of information regarding e-submission, a direct URL for documents, and financing details limits its practicality for potential bidders. The submission deadline is also relatively short.

No e-submission specified
No document URL provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions. The contract start date is after the submission deadline, which is consistent.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding, which are areas for potential improvement in line with modern procurement practices.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
