Original Tender Description

This is a competitive procurement for up to two Operators for the third phase of Transport for London's (TfL) E-scooter Rental Trial. TfL may award one or two contracts based on the most advantageous tenders. The Agreement will set out terms for operators providing e-scooter services in Greater London, obligations to TfL and Participating Boroughs. Participating Boroughs may require operators to enter into contracts for e-scooter rental services within their areas. TfL intends to award two contracts, but reserves the right to award one if only one tender meets minimum requirements. Tender documents will be provided electronically via TfL's e-tendering portal SAP Ariba. Responses must be submitted electronically via SAP Ariba. Interested suppliers must register with SAP Ariba via TfL's supplier self-registration link. The third phase is expected to commence by September 2026 and run for an initial term of up to 24 months, with potential extensions up to 4 years.
