Tender Quality Score

This tender for Defence Personal Injury Legal Services is generally well-structured with clear requirements and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on submission, impacting completeness and fairness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to standard open procedure requirements and provides a clear CPV code. Deadlines appear reasonable given the scope. No disputes are noted. Regulatory compliance is assumed based on the information provided.

Clarity80/100

The description of services is detailed and specific, outlining the scope of legal defence required. Eligibility and technical capability requirements are clearly extracted. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity on how proposals will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. However, the lack of available document content and unspecified submission requirements reduce completeness.

No document content available
No specific submission requirements detailed
Fairness85/100

The tender discloses the estimated value and has a clear procedure. The requirements are generally objective, focusing on the firm's capability to provide legal services. The reservation of the right to allocate work at absolute discretion could be perceived as less fair, but it is common in 'as-and-when-required' contracts.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the lack of information regarding e-submission and financing details limits practicality. The 'as-and-when-required' nature implies indeterminate workload, which can be challenging for contractors.

No e-submission specified
Financing information not detailed
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated logically. There are no noted suspensions or disputes, contributing to high data consistency.

Sustainability50/100

There is no explicit mention of green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding, indicating a lack of focus on sustainability criteria.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
