Tender Quality Score

This tender for Voluntary Sector Infrastructure Support is generally well-structured with clear eligibility criteria, but lacks specific technical and financial requirements, and details on evaluation. The estimated value is undisclosed, impacting full transparency.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to open procedure and references relevant UK procurement legislation (Procurement Act 2023). The CPV code is appropriate. While deadlines are present, the short timeframe between the tender publication date (implied by the date field) and the submission deadline could be a concern for some bidders, though not explicitly flagged as a dispute. The absence of a reveal date is a minor procedural oversight.

Missing reveal date
Clarity80/100

The description of the service required is clear, outlining the objective of supporting the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) in Dudley. Eligibility requirements are well-defined, specifying experience, qualification, and collaborative capabilities. However, the lack of specified technical and financial requirements, and crucially, evaluation criteria, reduces overall clarity on how bids will be assessed.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, and CPV code is present. Contract duration and start date are specified. However, the estimated value is not disclosed, which is a significant omission. The AI-extracted requirements indicate that technical and financial requirements are not specified, and submission requirements are also missing, impacting completeness.

Estimated Value not disclosed
Technical capability requirements not specified
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, allowing broad access. Eligibility criteria are objective. The main concern for fairness is the undisclosed estimated value, which can hinder potential bidders in assessing the opportunity's viability. The lack of specified evaluation criteria also raises questions about the transparency of the selection process. There is no indication of requirements tailored to specific companies.

Estimated Value not disclosed
No evaluation criteria specified
Practicality65/100

The contract start date and duration are provided. However, the absence of information regarding e-submission methods and the URL for tender documents (though documents are listed as available) reduces practicality. Financing information is not detailed.

No e-submission specified
Document URL not provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields like title, reference, organization, and dates are populated. The tender is active with no reported disputes or suspensions. The contract start date is logically after the submission deadline. The CPV code and NUTS code are present.

Sustainability50/100

There is no explicit mention of green procurement, social aspects, or innovation within the provided tender information. This suggests a lack of focus on sustainability criteria.
