PR-11189-PA-Lot 4 and Lot 6 Cleaning Services

PA Housing Limited are procuring their cleaning contract to deliver cleaning services to properties owned and managed by PA Housing Limited. The works required by the contract include, but are not restricted to the following; Internal Communal Cleaning Services, including but not restricted to the following items: Floor coverings, Walls, Ceilings, Doors, Windows - Communal, Stairs, Handrails and balustrade, Lifts, Recycled and general waste bins, WC, hand basins, urinal etc., Toilet Cubicles and laminated surfaces. External Cleaning Services, including but not restricted to the following items: Entrance lobby doors glass/screens, Car parking areas, General footpaths leading to premises, General grass and shrub areas, Refuge bin areas, Bike stores, Emptying litter bins at entrance/exits to communal areas, Emptying cigarette bins at entrance/exits to communal areas. The maximum term of the Contract will be 12 to 13 months. There will be two regional lots located in Northampton, Warwickshire and South Leicestershire and Leicestershire & Leicester City.
