Tender Quality Score

This tender for skatepark redevelopment is generally well-structured with clear technical requirements and a defined budget. However, it lacks explicit evaluation criteria and details on sustainability, and the submission process could be more streamlined.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements with a clear procedure for an open competition below the threshold. The CPV code is appropriate. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the scope. No disputes are indicated. Regulatory compliance is implied through the mention of BS EN standards.

Clarity80/100

The description of the project is clear, detailing the scope of works, including design, construction, refurbishment, and specific standards to be met. Requirements are documented, and the financial limit is clearly specified. However, evaluation criteria are missing, which impacts overall clarity.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, organization, estimated value, contract duration, and start date. The CPV code is provided. However, the content of attached documents is not available, and the absence of explicit evaluation criteria affects completeness.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open competition, allowing broad participation. The estimated value is disclosed, and the financial limit is clearly stated. The criteria for rejection (exceeding budget) are objective. The mention of 'Make Space for Girls' guidance suggests a focus on inclusivity, which is positive. However, the lack of explicit evaluation criteria leaves room for subjective interpretation.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. Financing information is implicitly linked to the budget envelope. However, the lack of explicit mention of e-submission and the absence of document URLs reduce practicality. The submission deadline is also relatively short.

No e-submission mentioned
Document URL not provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and deadlines are populated. The contract duration and start date are logical. There are no indications of suspension or disputes. The estimated value (EUR) and the budget limit (£) are presented, requiring bidders to reconcile these figures.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, or innovation. It is not indicated as EU-funded. While the project aims for an 'inclusive' skatepark, this is not detailed as a specific social criterion within the procurement process.

No explicit green procurement criteria
No explicit social criteria mentioned

Strengths
