Tender Quality Score

This tender for periodic electrical inspection reports is generally well-structured, with clear requirements and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on document content, impacting overall transparency and accessibility.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general public procurement regulations, including a clear CPV code and a defined procedure. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the requirement for a site visit. No disputes are noted. The procedure is 'Below threshold - open competition', which implies adherence to relevant thresholds.

Clarity80/100

The description clearly outlines the service required (Periodic Electrical Inspection Reports in accordance with BS7671) and the contract duration. The AI-extracted requirements are also specific regarding the type of tests and the mandatory site visit. However, the absence of specific technical capability requirements and evaluation criteria within the provided text reduces overall clarity.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration are present. The contract start date is also specified. However, the crucial 'Tender Documents' section indicates 'Documents with content/summaries: 0', and the AI-extracted requirements note that specific technical capabilities and financial requirements will be detailed elsewhere, suggesting a lack of immediate completeness in the provided tender notice.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open competition, which promotes fairness. The estimated value is disclosed. The mandatory site visit, while potentially beneficial for understanding the scope, could be a barrier if scheduling is not managed efficiently. The lack of specified evaluation criteria means bidders cannot fully understand how their submissions will be judged, which could be perceived as less than fully objective.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. Financing information is not explicitly detailed. The primary concern for practicality is the lack of information regarding e-submission, and the requirement for a site visit, with booking details to be provided later, adds a layer of uncertainty to the submission process.

No e-submission
Dates and times for booking accompanied site visits will be made available via the messaging portal in due course.
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated. The contract start and end dates are logically derived from the duration. There are no noted disputes or suspensions. The timeline appears consistent.

Sustainability50/100

The tender notice does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. It is also not indicated as EU funded. This suggests a lack of emphasis on sustainability criteria.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
