Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to open procedure and provides a CPV code. Deadlines are present, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the complexity implied by the 'Specification Schedule'. No disputes are noted. Regulatory compliance is assumed based on the information provided.

Clarity80/100

The description of the programme's purpose and scope is clear, emphasizing an 'All-Island Supply Chain Support Programme' with 'Upstream' and 'Downstream' support. However, the lack of specified evaluation criteria leaves the assessment process less transparent.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. The key missing element is the content of the 'Specification Schedule', which is crucial for understanding detailed requirements. The submission deadline is provided.

No document content available (Specification Schedule)
Fairness85/100

The tender appears fair, with a disclosed value and an open procedure. Requirements are stated generally, with detailed specifications deferred to a separate document, which is standard. There are no obvious tailored requirements for specific companies.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, it lacks explicit information regarding e-submission methods and a direct URL to access the full tender documents, which hinders practical application. Financing information is not detailed.

No e-submission
Missing URL for full document access
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated. There are no noted suspensions or disputes. The dates provided (submission deadline, contract start) are logically sequenced.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding, which are common elements in modern tenders. This suggests a moderate focus on sustainability.

Not green procurement
No social criteria

Strengths
