This tender is generally well-structured with clear eligibility criteria, but lacks specific evaluation details and financial transparency. The requirements are somewhat tailored, impacting fairness slightly.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements with a clear CPV code and a defined procedure. However, the absence of a specified reveal date for submissions and the lack of explicit evaluation criteria could pose minor compliance risks regarding transparency in the selection process.

Missing reveal date
No evaluation criteria specified
Clarity80/100

The description of services and the core requirements are clearly stated. Eligibility criteria such as registration as an insurance broker and minimum experience are well-defined, making it easy for potential bidders to understand the basic expectations.

Completeness70/100

Most essential information is present, including the title, reference, organization, and contract duration. However, the estimated value is not disclosed, and the content of the tender documents is not available, which hinders a full assessment of completeness.

Estimated Value: Not disclosed
No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is open to all registered insurance brokers, and the criteria for experience are objective. However, the requirement for 'expertise in handling large public sector portfolios' and 'ability to manage contracts of a similar size' could be perceived as slightly tailored, though not explicitly to a single company. The lack of disclosed value also impacts transparency.

Requirements for specific expertise (large public sector portfolios, similar size contracts) could be seen as tailored.
Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the absence of information regarding e-submission methods and the lack of accessible document content limit the practicality for potential bidders.

No e-submission specified
No document content available
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, indicating good internal consistency within the provided data.

Sustainability50/100

There is no explicit mention of green procurement, social aspects, or innovation within the tender documents. This suggests a lack of focus on sustainability criteria.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
